The Vincent E. Best Mid-Year Assembly will be held, January 25-27, 2019 at the Westchester Hilton Hotel, located at 699 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY 10573. All 2019 Worshipful Masters who require hotel accommodations MUST book their room through RW John Phillips (917-940-6062) before December 29th, 2018, in order to secure a room at the main hotel.

NOTE: The Renaissance Hotel, located at 80 West Oak Road, West Harrison, NY 10604, will serve as our secondary hotel. Those wishing to stay for only one night can call the hotel directly at (914) 694-5400.
Also, at the Westchester Hilton Hotel, The Grand Master’s Ball will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Formal Attire.
