~Re-Obligation to Excellence, Achievement and Dedication within Yourselves ~
As members of the PHAmily, we are obligated to the principles set forth in our Landmarks , Constitution, Statutes, Bylaws and regulations.  It is the objective of this administration to provide a pathway for each member to foster are-obligation to excellence in relationship and service. This re-obligation is aimed towards high achievement and dedication to God, our Neighbor and Ourselves. The service we provide to others is our obligation.

  GOALS AND VISIONS
The vision of this administration is to cultivate unity and collaboration across our Jurisdiction while upholding the tenets and principles established by our Patron Saint, Prince Hall. We are committed to leveraging our individual talents, skills, passions, and collective social capital to empower and support our communities. Our pursuit of excellence will be driven by unwavering dedication to equality, service, and social justice. Furthermore, we aim to foster partnerships with other Prince Hall Jurisdictions to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and strengthen our collective impact.

The foundational principles guiding these goals are as follows

Retention & Reclamation (Amnesty Program)
An organization, fraternal or otherwise, is only as strong as its membership. The MWPHGL-NY is no different.  This program is derived to help keep our brothers on the rolls and active in their respective lodges and to reclaim those who are no longer participating.
RW Aubrey L. Moore (53), Amnesty Program Chairperson, and his committee will identify brothers who have been dropped from the lodge rolls, as well as those who are members of a non-affiliated lodge, to join the Prince Hall Family.
It is my intention to make the Amnesty Program a standing committee of the MWPHGL-NY.

Jurisdictional Core Programs
Every Lodge is REQUIRED to host these four (4) programs Annually:

MWPHGL Youth Enrichment Program (Y.E.P.)
We can all agree that we need to do more to increase out impact on our communities. Particularly, a focus on the youth as they are not only our future leaders but are potential future members of our Brotherhood.
By exemplifying the beautiful tenets of Faith, Hope and Charity we may bring light and influence Masons of Tomorrow.

The MWPHGL Youth Enrichment Program (Y.E.P.) is a Jurisdiction Annually Mandated Program that this administration is putting into place. The Y.E.P. Chair, RW Sean Paul Wade (76), will be responsible for the overall program management and collective consideration for growth and expansion. Along with the reporting to the MWGM or his designee.
Each District will have a SDDGM who will be responsible for communicating and assisting Lodges in the execution of this program and to ensure all Lodges comply with the directive. He will report to all activities the Chair.

The Chair and the SDDGM’s will meet 4 a minimum of 4 times per calendar year as follows:

Thanksgiving and Christmas Feedings
As has been our practice over previous years, may each Lodge and District, continue to give back to our various communities and extend aid and assistance to those less fortunate during the Holiday Season. It is my hope and prayer that we will use all the resources within our organization to make donating during Thanksgiving and Christmas a huge success.
